What are the differences between FTID, LIT, RTS methods?

FTID Classic: Your package will be delivered to the intended destination, but the label will be modified, making it untraceable. We recommend trying this approach first with a smaller order, as retailers are becoming aware of this method.

FTIDv3: Your package will be delivered to a different address with an updated label.

LIT (Lost in transit): Your package will be sent, but it won’t actually be delivered. The tracking information will indicate that it is stuck and lost in transit.

RTS (Returned to sender): Your parcel will be marked as return to sender.

How is your boxing service working?

FTID-boxing works in the following way:
1. Selecting a carrier on our website.
2. Select scan type: FTID, LIT or RTS.
3. You provide your tracking number or QR code.
4. You place an order.
5. We take your order to work and complete it within 24 hours.

My boxing order shows it has shipped, but the tracking info hasn’t updated. What should I do?

We take your order to work instantly. Your orders are usually processed within 24 hours. If your tracking number has not been updated after 24 hours – please contact support.

Do you have a refund or replace?

We can make a replacement or refund before we take your order to work. Alternatively, if for some reason the scan does not work within 24 hours, we can issue a refund.
